Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, or similar. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in accounting positions performing similar functions. Technical knowledge: Demonstrable mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Navision). Advanced level of Excel (essential for monitoring accruals, Intrastat, commissions, and reconciliations).

The role

Do you have experience in accounting, treasury management, and tax support? We are looking to join our team an organized and methodical professional to provide integral support to the accounting and finance area.

What you'll do

Treasury and Remittances: Preparation of collection remittances, payments to suppliers (days 10, 20, and 30), brokers, and checks.

Maturity Control: Monitoring of payment dates for national and international invoices (Turkish suppliers).

Purchasing and DUAs: Classification of purchase invoices and matching with AEAT DUAs. General Accounting: Recording of invoices, accruals (account 480), provisions, cash, and rental reconciliation.

Expense Control: Management of expense reports and card balances using the Tickelia application. Commissions: Calculation, recording, and settlement of sales commissions.

Taxation and Intrastat: Preparation of data for Intrastat and Form 349, and support with taxes (303, 216, 115).

Financial Support: Support in audits, budget control, and responding to AEAT notifications.
