About the role

From our company, we are recruiting, for an important company located in Madrid, an Accounts Payable Accounting Technician – Administrative Support.

What you'll do

  • Management of the full accounts payable cycle, from verifying purchase orders to posting and reconciling invoices.
  • Review, validation, and registration of invoices in the system.
  • Monitoring and analysis of supplier accounts.
  • Management of issues and coordination with other departments to resolve discrepancies between orders, receipts, and invoicing.
  • Support in the preparation of payments according to agreed terms.
  • Administrative support to the finance department:
  • Document management and file maintenance
  • Preparation of basic information
  • Support in monthly accounting closing tasks and internal control processes

How you'll work

  • 6-month temporary contract, with possibility of moving to permanent staff.
