An important company in the meat sector in Casarrubios del Monte is opening a selection process for the recruitment of a Quality Technician at its facilities. We are looking for a dynamic profile, with a desire to grow professionally and contribute to the quality department.
· Control and supervision: Perform quality control of both raw materials and finished products.
· Food Safety: Supervise hygiene, compliance with food regulations, and the management of the HACCP system and traceability.
· Records and audits: Carry out quality controls and records, as well as actively participate in audit preparation.
· Incident management: Process incidents and apply the necessary corrective actions.
· Documentation: Control labeling and keep all department documentation up to date.
· Training: Train plant personnel in good hygiene practices.
· Schedule from MONDAY TO FRIDAY from 13:30 to 22:00 with availability to work a shift from 9:30 to 18:00 during the first 2 months for training with a technician.
