Requirements

What we're looking for

Qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training or Higher Vocational Training in the Administration and Finance branch. University training related to finance is highly valued.

Professional Experience: Previous experience in a finance department performing similar functions for at least 1 year. Experience greater than 2 years is highly valued.

Languages: B2 English level. We must communicate with clients or suppliers in English, both spoken and written.

OBLIGATION TO PRESENT HIGHER EDUCATION DEGREE / HOMOLOGATION OR APOSTILLE, as applicable

Nice to have

Having SAP knowledge for at least 1 year is highly valued.

What you'll do

Within the finance department, you will perform the following functions:

Recording of invoices received from suppliers in SAP.

Internal follow-up of incidents generated by unregistered supplier invoices.

Manage, control, and follow up on supplier balances and their claims.

How you'll work

Workplace: Majadahonda

Working day: Monday to Friday. Flexible working day with entry between 7:30 – 9:00 h and exit between 16:30 - 18:00, with 45 minutes for lunch.

Start date: Immediate

Contract: 6 months.
