Minimum 3-5+ years of transfer pricing experience with Big 4 accounting firm or large corporation involving
international transfer pricing
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
In depth understanding of US, OECD, and local country transfer pricing regulations
Familiarity with manufacturing industry
Experience in SAP and/or other ERP is highly desired
Experience with Alteryx and/or other data analytics tools
Advanced financial modeling, database, and research skills
(e.g., MBA, MBT, JD, etc.) in tax, accounting, finance, economics, or related fields preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, finance, or related field required; Advanced degree

Gather and synthesize factual and financial information to analyze intercompany transactions for
transfer pricing compliance;
Participate in functional interviews, analyze intercompany financial data, and conduct economic
analysis to support the preparation and review of presentations and documentation reports
including coordinating requests with external service providers;
Collaborate with various functional areas within Celanese on a global basis to gain business
understanding needed to execute the implementation, monitoring, and validation of the
intercompany pricing policy;
Support timely and accurate compliance with mandatory transfer pricing documentation
requirements for the related entities in more than 20 countries (e.g., Country by Country
notifications, Country by Country reports, Local Files/Transfer Pricing Documentation);
Execute the operational transfer pricing process including the analysis, maintenance, and testing of
intercompany transactions as well as maintain the required process documentation;
Maintain intercompany shared service center recharges, specifically with cost and data analysis,
application of allocation methods, financial modeling, and implementation to ensure compliance
with the arm’s length standard
