Maintenance Technician in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda

At Randstad, we are managing a key position for STEF to reinforce its multi-temperature platform in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.

We are selecting an Electromechanical / Generalist Maintenance Technician looking for stability, autonomy on-site, and a real opportunity for development and a long-term career plan.

You will integrate into a dynamic, high-volume logistics center, assuming a versatile and transversal role where no two days are the same. As a decisive technical profile, you will be the point of reference to ensure that the facilities and daily operations function with maximum fluidity.

Your main responsibilities will include

Industrial Electromechanical Maintenance: diagnosis, execution of preventive inspections, and resolution of corrective faults in electrical panels, automated lines, auxiliary machinery, loading bays and docks, and rapid doors.

Refrigeration installations and cold rooms: technical supervision, control, and preventive/corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems (in both positive cold and freezing chambers), guaranteeing the continuity of the cold chain and compliance with quality parameters.

Locative and integral building maintenance (Facility): General conditioning of the warehouse and offices (from small masonry, locksmithing, or installation of internal communication elements such as notice boards, to the accompaniment and supervision of subcontracted companies).

Management and Traceability: recording of interventions, work orders, and spare parts control through the GMAO tool, participating in continuous improvement proposals and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.

Technical training: Higher Level Vocational Training (FPII) or equivalent in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electricity and Electronics, Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations, or Industrial Mechatronics.

Professional experience: between 2 and 3 years of consolidated experience in industrial maintenance, production plants, logistics, or facility services.

Versatility and practical attitude: decisive capacity to handle everything from an electrical fault or a cold room inspection to locative repairs of the center.

Motivation for a long-term project: we are looking for a committed person, with their own initiative and a desire to grow and train within a structured multinational environment.

Highly valued: specific knowledge in industrial/commercial refrigeration.

Residence in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda or nearby regions (Vallès Occidental, Vallès Oriental, or Barcelona Norte) and availability of a personal vehicle to access the center.
