Job description

What you'll do

Perform highly diverse tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hotel facilities and equipment. To ensure a safe and functional environment for guests.
Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on the facilities.
Conduct inventory of facilities and restock daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks. You will be the point of contact for external maintenance companies.
Have a high capacity for observation to identify defects, anomalies, deterioration, or areas for improvement in the facilities, rooms, and common areas, even before they are reported as incidents.
Perform repairs with precision, care, and attention to detail, always seeking a clean, aesthetic, and professional finish.
Inspect all areas of the hotel for safety reasons and take immediate corrective measures.
Report directly to the hotel Manager and Assistant Manager, in continuous communication with reception and the housekeeping team.

What we are looking for

Relevant building maintenance experience is a differentiator.
Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, painting...
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Highly responsible and reliable.
Languages are a plus.
