What you'll do

  • Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of high-speed packaging lines to guarantee their maximum operational availability.
  • Perform advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns directly on the process line.
  • Ensure the correct functioning and adjustment of specific machinery: fillers, cappers, labelers, packers, case packers, palletizers, and product transport systems.
  • Perform format changes, adjustments, and calibration of equipment according to the needs of the production schedule.
  • Carry out the replacement, repair, and alignment of technical components such as three-phase motors, gearboxes, pumps, solenoid valves, drive chains, bearings, and sensors.
  • Participate actively in the commissioning of lines, adjustments of automation, and in support during plant technical shutdowns.
