The role
Are you looking for job stability, a morning schedule that allows work-life balance, and unlimited commissions?
In our company, we are hiring Teleoperators / B2B Commercial Advisors for prospecting and managing corporate client portfolios.
We work with highly qualified and well-developed databases focused on compliance with mandatory regulations for companies, related to the management of subsidized training (Fundae) and its legal implementation through our technical agency. Given that these regulations are required by law, companies are highly receptive to phone contact.
What you'll do
Initial phase (Prospecting and Acquisition): Making calls to qualified B2B cold databases to inform companies about their legal obligations regarding training regulations and to channel their Fundae credit.
Consolidation phase (Portfolio Management): Once you are trained and established in the role, you will manage, retain, and continuously renew your own portfolio of established clients.
Sales and technical liaison: Direct coordination with our technical agency to ensure the client company properly implements the required regulations.
