CNC Turner - Miller

Experience: Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles within the machining sector. 11 Technical knowledge: Proficiency in the handling, setup, and programming of CNC Lathes and Milling machines.

Technical knowledge: Proficiency in the operation, setup, and programming of CNC lathe and milling machines.

Key competencies: Ability to work with very strict tolerances (microns) and dexterity with large-format cylindrical parts.

Availability: It is essential that the candidate has total clarity that, in the near future, they will perform a FIXED night shift on a stable basis.

Mobility: Driver's license (B) to access the facilities in Riudellots de la Selva.

Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP) in Machining or equivalent qualification.

In your day-to-day as a CNC Turner/Miller, you will assume the following responsibilities:

Interpretation of detailed technical drawings for work preparation.

Preparation and programming of CNC Lathe and Milling machinery.

Machining of large-format cylindrical parts with high precision.

Execution of drilling and machining with dexterity in micrometric precision (microns) and the creation of very fine holes.

To successfully fit into this position, you must meet:

Working day: Initially, work will be performed on a rotating morning and afternoon shift, with a planned transition to a stable FIXED night shift in the near future.
