Junior Lawyer — Mass Administrative Litigation

Reporting directly to the Head of the Litigation Area, your main responsibility will be the handling of various contentious-administrative proceedings, under the coordination and control of the team leader.

• Evaluation of the Client's specific situation.

• Review of the administrative resolution to be challenged.

• Preparation of the appropriate contentious-administrative appeal.

• Legal representation of the appeal and its subsequent instances.

• Degree in Law and Master's in Access to the Legal Profession.

• Minimum experience of 2 years.

• Additional training is valued.

• Languages: advanced Spanish and English.

• Office automation: Advanced level of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• At a corporate level: ensure compliance with the security protocols defined in the ISMS, guaranteeing regulatory compliance regarding data protection, confidentiality, and information security, communicating any security incident and using information systems in accordance with the usage policy.

• Permanent contract.

• Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday. Intensive schedule on Fridays.
