The role

Reporting directly to the person responsible for the Administrative and Urban Planning area (public procurement team), your main responsibility will be to provide daily advice, guiding and anticipating the specific needs of clients.

What you'll do

  • Support to the Area Director (Public Procurement).

  • Legal analysis of assignments carried out, with the aim of establishing an initial diagnosis/criterion.

  • Legal advice to public sector entities and private parties regarding public procurement (drafting specifications, tender procedures, advice throughout the procurement process, adapting documentation to regulatory changes, preparation of documentation corresponding to the procurement file)

  • Support and legal advice regarding special or administrative appeals in procurement (preparation of appeals, statements of allegations, case law research, etc.)

  • Support and legal advice in proceedings before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction regarding public procurement.

  • Support and legal advice in the drafting of contracts and during the execution phase (interpretation, breach processes, resolutions, etc.)

  • Support in the preparation of documentation to participate in public tender processes.
