What we're looking for
Programming language: Java, J2EE
Database persistence framework: Hibernate
Project architecture: SpringMVC
Database: Oracle
Management of tables and views
Development of functions, procedures, packages, triggers, and sequences
Handling with SQL Developer or similar (the program)
Control of basic concepts such as referential integrity, foreign keys, primary keys, unique keys, etc.

Version control: GIT / GitLab (we previously used Subversion)
Report generation: Jasper Reports
