Data Center Technical Architect

Currently, they require a Technical Architect, Building Surveyor, or Building Engineer, with approximately 2 years of experience to support the Works Execution Management in projects located in the Community of Madrid.

• Preparation of budgets and measurements

• Development of Reports and construction details

• Development of Specifications

• Drafting of quality documents

• Extraction of measurements from BIM models

• Cost estimation

• Value engineering

• Verify that designs comply with safety, accessibility, and sustainability regulations.

• Perform technical reviews to guarantee construction quality.

• Control the application of internal and external standards

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines from other fields (structures, installations, civil works).

• Prepare schedules and control execution deadlines.

• Manage technical and administrative project documentation.

• Manage and prepare documentation for Licenses and Permits

• Incorporate energy efficiency and sustainability criteria into projects.

• Evaluate materials and construction systems with low environmental impact.

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Surveying, or Building Engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Training in BIM - REVIT, PRESTO, Cost it, Microsoft Project. Experience in Primavera and BIM 3D-4D-5D management is desirable.

• Experience in constructability analysis.

• Experience in buildings with high sustainability and environmental criteria will be valued; experience in sustainability certifications (BREEAM, LEED, etc.) is desirable.

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

• Ability to synthesize, prioritize, and focus on the most important problems

• Creative mindset to seek alternative and efficient solutions

• English level B2. C1 is desirable

Actualmente, requiere Arquitecto técnico, aparejador o ingeniero de la edificación, con aproximadamente 2 años de experiencia para dar apoyo a la Dirección de Ejecución de Obras en proyectos situados en la Comunidad de Madrid.

• Elaboración de presupuestos y mediciones

• Desarrollo de Memorias y detalles constructivos

• Desarrollo de Especificaciones

• Redacción de documentos de calidad

• Extracción de mediciones de modelos BIM

• Estimación de costes

• Ingeniería de valor

• Verificar que los diseños cumplen con normativas de seguridad, accesibilidad y sostenibilidad.

• Realizar revisiones técnicas para garantizar la calidad constructiva.

• Controlar la aplicación de estándares internos y externos

• Coordinar con ingenierías de otras disciplinas (estructuras, instalaciones, obra civil).

• Elaborar cronogramas y controlar plazos de ejecución.

• Gestionar documentación técnica y administrativa del proyecto.

• Gestionar y preparar documentación para Licencias y Permisos

• Incorporar criterios de eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad en los proyectos.

• Evaluar materiales y sistemas constructivos con bajo impacto ambiental.

• Titulado/a en Arquitectura técnica, aparejador o ingeniería de la edificación.

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.

• Formación en BIM - REVIT, PRESTO, Cost it, Microsoft Project. Deseable experiencia en Primavera y en gestión BIM 3D-4D-5D.

• Experiencia en análisis de constructibilidad.

• Se valorará experiencia en edificios con criterios de sostenibilidad y ambientales altos, deseable experiencia en certificaciones de sostenibilidad (BREEAM, LEED, etc.)

• Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares y multiculturales

• Capacidad de sintetizar, priorizar y enfocarse en los problemas más importantes

• Mentalidad creativa para buscar soluciones alternativas y eficientes

• Nivel de inglés B2. Deseable C1
