Senior Data Center Architect

• Degree in Architecture.

• At least 8/10 years in the design of unique building projects.

  • Knowledge of national technical regulations (especially CTE and RSCIEI as well as others applicable) and the ability to apply the corresponding urban planning regulations.

  • Knowledge for the preparation of technical specifications and measurements in projects.

• Experience collaborating with Project Management teams.

• Proficiency in tools: CDE (Autodesk, Procore), Revit, Autocad, Presto, and MS-Office.

• High level of English B2-C1.

• Participation in multidisciplinary projects. At Quark - Grupo Sener, we have all disciplines in house.

• We develop Projects in all their phases, from the conception phase to their construction. Your work will focus on the architectural design phase down to the detail level. Therefore, we need you to have construction knowledge to be able to develop the project and the construction details at the Executive Project, Riba3, and Riba 4 levels, integrating information from different manufacturers (facades, roofs, structure, substructures, landscaping, floors, ceilings, interior partitions, etc.).

• Technical profile, able to contribute experience to the different ongoing projects.

• Development of reports, explanatory reports, plans, and other technical documentation for projects.

• Drafting and development of specifications, bid books, and project measurements, in collaboration with the works department.

• Support to the Project Management team from the office to clarify technical doubts regarding the project.

• Valuable knowledge and experience in the processing of building permits and other types of authorizations in the construction sector or environmental field. Drafting of basic projects and others for administrations.
