The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Architecture.

• Advanced, demonstrable proficiency in specialized technical software, especially Revit, CYPE, Arquímedes, and BIM tools.

Important company specializing in building projects is looking to hire a Senior Architect to strengthen its technical team. You will participate in the full development of projects, from drafting and modeling to the calculation of installations, budgets, and on-site support.

• Participate in the drafting of technical documentation for building projects.
• Prepare reports, specifications, measurements, budgets, and supplementary studies.
• Develop and coordinate the graphic documentation required for the proper definition of projects.
• Prepare architectural and detail drawings using BIM and CAD tools.
• Pre-size and size HVAC, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, electrical, telecommunications, and special systems installations, in accordance with established technical criteria.
• Take part in the calculation and definition of construction solutions and installations for residential, tertiary, and industrial buildings.
• Collaborate in the pre-sizing and development of building structures using specialized software.
• Generate models, drawings, and 2D/3D presentations for project visualization and communication.
• Manage, organize, and keep technical and administrative project documentation up to date.
• Carry out quantity takeoffs and economic assessments of projects.
• Prepare budgets based on work items, sections, and supplier quotes.
• Participate in project planning and schedule monitoring, calculating productivity rates and supporting cost control across the different project phases.
• Collaborate in energy certification and rating processes using approved tools.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, current regulations, and established technical requirements.
