About the role

We are looking to bring on board a Civil Engineer for Structural Calculation to join the technical team, with a hybrid work arrangement in Madrid.

The selected candidate will take part in projects involving calculation, analysis and design of civil structures, infrastructure, buildings and, as a valued plus, structures associated with solar plants or renewable energy facilities.

What you'll do

  • Development of structural models for the analysis and calculation of structures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil, Canal and Port Engineering, Public Works Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in structural calculation.

  • Experience in civil structures, infrastructure, industrial buildings or one-of-a-kind buildings.

  • Knowledge of structural calculation codes and standards: Eurocodes, Código Estructural, CTE, seismic regulations and/or other applicable standards.

  • Proficiency in structural analysis software, especially SAP2000, RFEM, or similar tools.

  • Ability to produce clear and well-organized technical documentation.

  • Analytical, rigorous profile with the ability to work as part of a team.

Will be valued

  • Experience in calculating solar structures, solar trackers, foundations, frames, supports or lightweight steel structures.

  • Knowledge of additional tools such as ETABS, Robot Structural Analysis, CYPE, ANSYS, Abaqus or FEM software.
