The role
Site Manager for WWTPs in Toledo and Ciudad Real
What you'll do
- Cost control, monthly certifications and resource optimisation to ensure project profitability.
- Supervision of hydraulic structures, ensuring precision levels and watertightness in tanks and reactors.
- Coordination and integration of equipment (pumps, blowers, valves, etc.) and supervision of control systems (SCADA).
• Compliance with the schedule, synchronising civil works with equipment installation and commissioning.
• Promoting occupational health and safety (PRL) within the team and strict compliance with environmental and quality regulations.
• Direct liaison with the Construction Management and management of final documentation (As-Built drawings and O&M manuals).
Requirements:
- Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering, or similar.
- IT skills: Advanced proficiency in Presto, with mastery of planning, cost control and certification modules.
- Experience: At least 5 years of prior experience in similar roles, with demonstrable experience and knowledge of hydraulic works being essential.
- Personal skills: Autonomy, leadership, organisation, decision-making, goal orientation.
