The role

Assume a newly created strategic position with full operational visibility, where your technical judgment and organizational capacity will be the engine connecting customer demand with the plant's productive excellence

What you'll do

Design, sequence, and supervise the daily and weekly production plan to optimize delivery times and line performance.

Receive customer requests, interpret their metallurgical specifications, and generate the technical documentation necessary for workshop release.

Coordinate directly with Plant Management regarding workload allocation and anticipate capacity deviations.

Verify that work orders comply with the technical specifications required for each heat treatment before processing.

Requirements

Training in Technical or Higher Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or related discipline).

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience performing planning, production control, or process engineering functions in an industrial plant.

Technical foundation in heat treatments (quenching, carburizing, and nitriding processes).

Advanced level of office automation (Excel and Office suite), with proficiency in handling industrial ERPs for order management and tracking

Accustomed to working under rigorous industrial quality standards and technical product specifications
