Construction Quality Technician

• Technical training related to Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or similar.

• Previous experience in Quality / QA-QC on-site.

• Experience in civil works, foundations, and/or construction.

• Ability to perform field monitoring and work autonomously.

• Knowledge of ITPs, procedures, inspections, NCRs, and quality documentation.

• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and production teams.

• Own vehicle.

• Experience in Data Center projects will be valued.

• Experience with Visibuild or other digital site control platforms will be valued.

At RDT INGENIEROS, we are looking for a CONSTRUCTION QUALITY TECHNICIAN for a new construction project in SAN BLAS, MADRID.

Ensure daily monitoring of the quality of works executed on-site, verifying their compliance with plans, technical specifications, procedures, and approved ITPs.

• Daily inspection and monitoring of the works executed.

• Control of earthworks, foundations, piling, concrete, structures, underground networks, landscaping, and other civil works units.

• Verification of works in accordance with approved plans, specifications, procedures, and ITPs.

• Carrying out, recording, and monitoring quality inspections.

• Coordination with production, subcontractors, laboratory, and the project team.

• Control of material reception and traceability.

• Review of certificates, technical data sheets, DoP, CE marking, and associated documentation.

• Monitoring of the Testing Plan and review of results.

• Detection and monitoring of defects, deviations, punch items, and non-conformities.

• Preparation and filing of quality records.

• Support in the preparation of Quality dossiers and As-Built documentation.

• Use of digital platforms for site control and monitoring.

Project tool: Visibuild is used as the site control platform. Previous experience with Visibuild or similar tools will be valued, although it will not be essential if the candidate has solid QA/QC experience.
