Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

At RDT we are looking to bring on board a Technical Recruitment Specialist who enjoys engineering and technology, participating in continuous improvement processes within the department.

We would like to meet someone curious, decisive, and with the ability to carry out processes within a dynamic environment that is highly connected to the business.

You will be part of a recruitment team accustomed to working with agile methodologies, KPIs, ATS, LinkedIn, etc. You will have autonomy to contribute technical criteria in defining and evolving the profiles we bring into RDT projects.

• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end for technology profiles, engineering, and high-impact specialized roles.
• Work closely with business managers to fine-tune requirements and ensure alignment at every stage of the process.
• Conduct active sourcing using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools, building the best possible talent attraction ecosystem.
• Lead structured interviews and assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Keep the ATS up to date and ensure clear traceability throughout each process.
• Share best practices, tools, and learnings to help improve recruitment quality.
• Support complex processes alongside other recruiters when necessary.

Additionally, you may collaborate on actions such as:

• Best practices in employer branding, onboarding, etc.
• Referral or ambassador programs.
• Activities that drive engagement, such as events, social initiatives, etc.
• Management of training programs, youth employment, fairs, forums, etc.

• At least 3 years of experience in the selection of technical profiles in engineering, technology, or digitalization environments.
• A university degree related to Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or similar.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR regulations (PRL).
• Proficiency with tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication skills, analytical ability, teamwork, and a clear people-oriented approach.
• Initiative, curiosity, and motivation to improve processes within the department.
• A good level of English will be valued.
