What you'll do
As Talent Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment of technology profiles:
- Analysis and implementation of strategies to attract talent for your unit.
- Posting and managing job offers for IT profiles, especially Engineering.
- Conducting in-depth interviews, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.
- Testing: administering language tests or technical assessments required for the role.
- Management and follow-up of consultants.
- Carrying out regular follow-ups to support their development and well-being.
How you'll work
- Hybrid model on-site/remote 50%-50%
- Option to go 2 times per week to our offices in the 22@ district.
