IT Recruitment and Talent Management Technician

• University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 1 - 3 years of previous experience in IT profile recruitment, with knowledge of the technological market and the main professional profiles in the sector.
• Experience managing full selection processes, including direct candidate searching, competency-based interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other candidate search and management tools.
• Organizational capacity, autonomy, results orientation, and good communication skills.
• Interest in participating in different areas of Human Resources, beyond recruitment.

• Previous experience in HR departments with generalist functions.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, technologies, and environments.
• Knowledge of digital people management tools and HR indicator analysis.

• Joining a corporate HR area that comprehensively manages the complete HR life cycle, for a company in the industrial and technological sector, consolidated in the market and growing.
• Participation in projects with a direct impact on people and the organization.
• From June to September: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 15:00 h
• Rest of the year: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
• Every Friday of the year: from 08:00 to 14:00 h.

Human Resources Technician | IT Recruitment and Talent Management

We want to add an Human Resources Technician with experience in IT recruitment to our People and Talent Management team, who wants to participate actively in the attraction, development, and management of talent within our companies. We are looking for a proactive, organized person with a people-oriented mindset, who combines knowledge of technological recruitment with a generalist view of Human Resources and has an interest in getting involved in the different projects and initiatives of the area.

• Talent selection and attraction: manage selection processes from start to finish, from defining the profile with area managers to the onboarding of new professionals.
• IT Recruitment: identify, attract, and evaluate technological talent, especially software development, software engineering, data, and other technological specialty profiles, using direct search techniques and digital recruitment tools.
• Selection of multidisciplinary profiles: participate in filling vacancies across different areas of the company, both technical and corporate.
• Talent management: collaborate on onboarding, training, professional development, attraction, and talent retention initiatives.
• Monitoring and analysis: manage recruitment indicators, monitor vacancies, and keep information updated in HR management tools.
• Comprehensive HR Management: provide support in personnel administration processes, document management, and other labor area activities, in coordination with the rest of the team.
• Continuous improvement: participate in optimization, digitalization, and improvement projects for People and Talent Management processes.
