JOB MISSION
To direct, coordinate, and optimize the entirety of Amatex Biomasa's operations, ensuring the efficiency, profitability, quality, and continuity of production and logistics processes. They will be responsible for transforming the company's strategy into concrete operational plans, coordinating the human, technical, and material resources necessary to achieve production, customer service, and economic results objectives.

Define and execute the company's operating plan, in coordination with General Management.
Direct and supervise the production, maintenance, logistics, procurement, and operations areas, ensuring adequate coordination between them.
Plan production according to demand, raw material availability, industrial capacity, and commercial commitments.
Optimize production processes by seeking continuous improvements in productivity, costs, quality, yield, and energy consumption.
Guarantee the adequate supply of raw materials and materials, coordinating with suppliers and with the purchasing and commercial areas.
Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, storage, shipping, and product distribution.
Establish and control key performance indicators (KPIs): production, productivity, unit costs, shrinkage, consumption, quality, maintenance, stocks, service, and deadline compliance.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans, minimizing downtime and guaranteeing the availability of the facilities.
Ensure compliance with quality, occupational risk prevention, environment, and applicable regulations procedures.
Manage and develop the work teams under their responsibility, fostering training, autonomy, commitment, and results orientation.
Prepare and control the operating budget, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective measures.
Participate in the definition of industrial investments and evaluate their impact on capacity, costs, and profitability.
Coordinate closely with General Management, Commercial, Administration/Finance, and Purchasing to align business needs with operational capacity.
Periodically analyze operational results and present improvement proposals and action plans to Management.
