From IMAN Temporing we are recruiting a Store Supervisor – Nationwide for direct hire into a consolidated and growing company.

We are looking for someone with experience in team management, dynamic, resourceful, and with leadership skills.

But above all, we are looking for a profile that understands leadership by example: someone capable of analyzing how a store operates and making decisions, but also willing to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team when necessary.

What will your mission be?

Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of the different assigned locations, supporting the teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement solutions.

It will be a position with autonomy, responsibility, and a very active presence at the different points of sale.

What will your day-to-day look like?

- Supervise the operation of different stores nationwide.

- Analyze the operations of each location and identify strengths and areas for improvement.

- Support, assist, and guide the teams.

- Propose and implement actions that help improve store performance.

- Actively participate in operations when necessary: customer service, restocking, product placement, loading and unloading, organization, etc.

- Identify staffing needs at the different locations.

- Manage recruitment processes, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and assessing candidates.

- Participate in the onboarding and adaptation of new employees.

- Actively collaborate on new store openings.

- Support the setup, organization, and launch of new locations.

- Carry out follow-up and assessment of the locations visited.

This is a fundamental requirement of the position.

The role requires availability to travel regularly throughout the national territory, Monday to Friday, so the selected candidate will be away from home for a good part of the week.

Availability to be physically present for the launch of new store openings will also be required.
