What we're looking for

Minimum qualification: Higher Level Vocational Training - Higher Technician in Telecommunications and Computer Systems (or equivalent).

Specific knowledge:
- Fiber optic networks.
- Infrastructures associated with the optical transmission network: AA/AA, Rectifiers, batteries, generator sets.

What you'll do

1. Real-time incident attention and handling. 24/7
2. Management of access to sites managed by Reintel.
3. Management of Scheduled Works.
4. Documentation and maintenance of information regarding activities performed on registration systems.
5. Network monitoring: Fiber optics and infrastructures.
6. Performing remote reflectometry tests and identifying the failure point in fiber optic breakdowns.
7. Maintenance of the CAC internal use documentation.
8. Data analysis and preparation of monthly dashboards.
9. Occasional technical support to other areas of Reintel.
