We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Immunology team, supporting our Spanish Respiratory business in a field-based work model. In this role, you will drive commercial performance across your territory through strategic account management, customer engagement, and implementation of sales and marketing plans while collaborating with medical colleagues and cross-functional partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. This role is available on a 12-month fixed-term basis to provide temporary cover within the team.

- Develop positive relationships with key healthcare professionals, effectively communicating the value of our portfolio.
- Execute the brand strategy within the territory through high-quality scientific and commercial interactions.
- Design and implement territory plans aligned with the national strategy, leveraging data and market insights.
- Identify, segment, and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders to maximize impact and patient access.
- Collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams to implement regional initiatives and programs.
- Utilize both in-person and digital channels to optimize customer engagement and brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with the broader organization.
- Thrive in a newly established, high-performance environment while fostering collaboration both within and outside the company.
This role requires
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology and 5+ years of sales experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record to manage territories, key accounts, account planning, targeting, and segmentation activities.
- Experience communicating scientific and commercial messages to healthcare professionals.
- Strong capability to utilize multiple customer engagement channels, including face-to-face interactions, remote calls, approved emails, and digital platforms.
- Experience working as part of an alliance is highly desirable.
