Academic Training: Bachelor's Degree
Previous Experience: technical management, preparation of PPCL/PSA, or supervision of services related to Legionella and water treatment.

The role

At Rentokil, we are looking for a Legionella Documentation Manager to guarantee the regulatory, technical, and documentary compliance of the facilities under the control of the Legionella division. Their main responsibility lies in the constant preparation, review, and updating of the clients' Legionella Prevention and Control Plans (PPCL), the evaluation and reporting of identified technical risks, and perfect coordination with the Service Support team to ensure an efficient, rigorous service delivery aligned with current legal regulations.

Main duties:

Strategic and Technical Support to the RSDM: Provide continuous operational and technical support to the Regional Service Delivery Manager of Legionella in account management, audits, and control of client files.
Management and Updating of PPCL: Prepare, audit, and rigorously maintain up-to-date the Legionella Prevention and Control Plans (PPCL) for the assigned client portfolio, ensuring their adequacy to the current regulatory framework (RD487/2022 and local regulations).
Risk Evaluation and Reporting: Analyze, document, and notify the risks of the facilities reported by clients or detected by field technicians, proposing and implementing the necessary corrective measures in a timely manner.
Coordination with Service Support: Collaborate closely with the Service Support department for the correct planning, scheduling of technical visits, issuance of certificates, and sending of technical documentation to clients in a timely and proper manner.
Control of Certifications and Sampling: Validate analytical reports, maintenance records, and cleaning and disinfection certificates before their formal delivery.
