ACCIONA, in its Urban Services business line, is incorporating an intern into its Document Management team at its Madrid headquarters.
Support the administrative and documentary management of public and private bidding processes, collaborating in the preparation, review, and monitoring of files, guaranteeing compliance with documentary requirements, established deadlines, and participation conditions, contributing to the correct development of the company's business opportunities.
Functions:
Documentary management and control of bidding files

Interpretation of administrative specifications
Control of bidding deadlines and schedules
Management of certificates, guarantees, powers of attorney, responsible declarations, and supporting documentation
