We are looking for an HSE, Quality, Environment and Sustainability Technician for our building located in Las Tablas (Madrid) with the aim of transferring and collaborating with the ESG staff in France and Portugal, in the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of safety and health, quality, environment, energy management and sustainability reporting management plans and procedures in both countries. As well as being a link between headquarters and the countries of France and Portugal in ESG matters.
You will carry out the following functions:
Promote, collaborate and support ESG managers in both countries for the integration of guidelines without conflicting with the particularities of each country.
Establish and transfer objectives and cross-cutting indicators to the 3 countries.
Identification of critical processes based on the activities carried out in each country.
Carry out the necessary awareness-raising actions in ESG matters for the correct implementation of the guidelines of the safety, health and sustainability management.
Transfer and/or adapt the safety, quality, environment and sustainability campaigns carried out in Spain to France and Portugal.
Ensure the homogeneity and reliability of data in the preparation of reports that, either voluntarily or mandatorily, our organization carries out periodically and systematically: Sustainability Report, Non-Financial Information Statements (CSDR), Management Reports, Waste Managers Report, Accident rates and types of accidents, etc.
Participate in calculating the Organization's Carbon Footprint and in preparing the documentation and reports necessary for its verification and subsequent registration.
Participate in the analysis of environmental and occupational safety legislation, in order to identify applicable legal requirements, as well as possible implications and consequences for the organization's activity.
Define indicators to assess the degree of compliance in HSE and environmental matters, aligned with the guidelines of the Compliance management of FCC Enviro.

Required education:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
Additional training:
Integrated Master's in HSE, Quality, Environment, Energy, Sustainability or equivalent.
Training in management system audits and knowledge in sustainability, carbon footprint calculation, information security and/or R&D&I.
Required experience:
Minimum accredited professional experience of 3-5 years in carrying out functions similar to those described.
