Duties and responsibilities:
- Connecting data, customer knowledge, behavior, and marketing to generate more informed and actionable decisions. Ensuring analytical capacity with judgment, context, and impact orientation.
- Advanced exploitation and analysis of customer information, enrichment of segments, support for personalization initiatives, and identification of needs and opportunities from customer signals.
- End-to-end behavioral analysis, formulation of business and marketing hypotheses, construction of actionable insights, preparation of executive narratives, and participation in cross-functional projects regarding marketing, campaigns, CX, and voice of the customer.
- Documenting reusable learnings and converting findings into actionable recommendations.
- Design and execute customer behavior analyses, combining transactional, digital, experience, campaign, survey, market research, and other available internal and external data sources. Combine qualitative and quantitative data in the analyses.
- Translate business and marketing needs into analytical hypotheses, analysis plans, and actionable recommendations.
- Identify patterns, drivers, barriers, segments, and opportunities that allow for the improvement of the value proposition, personalization, customer experience, and the effectiveness of marketing actions.
- Build clear narratives and synthesis materials to communicate insights to technical, marketing, CX, and management profiles.
- Collaborate with Insights & Analytics, Marketing, Customer Obsession, CX, eCommerce, and other cross-functional, corporate, business, and channel teams to prioritize evidence-based initiatives.
- Participate in the evolution of cross-functional customer knowledge and in the generation of reusable learnings for other areas.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, standards, and best practices for customer analysis and marketing intelligence.
