What you'll do

  • Analyze markets, segments, and countries to identify and prioritize organic and inorganic growth opportunities, preparing recommendations and expansion strategy proposals.
  • Search for and evaluate potential partners, distributors, and new channels; initiate relationships, coordinate the analysis of their business plans, and participate in the negotiation of agreements in collaboration with the commercial area.
  • Support the analysis of investment opportunities and the creation or evolution of joint ventures, preparing economic, financial, and strategic information for decision-making.
  • Monitor invested companies through periodic analysis of sales, margins, and costs; prepare individual and consolidated reporting for Management and support the preparation of board meetings.
  • Act as a coordination point with local teams and transversal areas to resolve incidents, follow up on commercial and marketing initiatives, and ensure the progress of agreed plans.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on the preparation and updating of contracts with third parties, as well as compliance with due diligence processes applicable to partners and distributors.
