What you'll do
Coordinate and follow up on digital solution adoption initiatives (especially AI/GenAI platforms).
Ensure the correct execution of adoption plans. Identify improvements in adoption processes and propose corrective or evolutionary actions.
Act as a point of contact between technical teams, business, and key stakeholders (TLs, POs, vendors).
Supervise and consolidate adoption and usage metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, engagement, etc.).
Prepare follow-up reports for committees and executive reporting.
Plan and follow up on engagement initiatives (events, training sessions, vendor meetings, etc.).
Coordinate and energize data-related communities, fostering participation and knowledge sharing.
