Pool Manager

We are looking for a person with a high sense of responsibility, initiative, and a marked orientation toward excellence in customer service.

Education: Basic hospitality course / Basic language course / Customer service course
Language knowledge: Proficiency in Spanish, English, and German. Other languages (French, Italian) desirable
Experience: In customer service.
Other knowledge: First Aid.

At Rosa Hotels, we are looking to incorporate a dynamic, proactive Pool Manager into our team with a clear customer orientation, who shares our passion for excellence and contributes to guaranteeing an exceptional experience in our aquatic facilities.

• Supervise the pool area and ensure compliance with usage rules, preventing the improper reservation of sun loungers.
• Manage the availability and distribution of sun loungers, ensuring guest comfort and facilitating that they can stay together.
• Control the occupancy of the sun loungers and apply the protocol for removing belongings after 60 minutes of non-use, in accordance with hotel standards.
• Maintain an active presence in the pool area, offering close and personalized attention to guests.
• Manage complaints, requests, and incidents, providing effective and professional solutions.
• Act as a point of reference for guests, guaranteeing a satisfactory experience in the pool area.
• Coordinate with the Public Relations department to communicate and follow up on incidents.
• Maintain constant communication with the lifeguard team to guarantee the well-being and safety of the guests.
