What we're looking for
Experience: 2 years
- At least 5 years of experience working with test governance and defect management suites.
- At least 5 years of experience working in roles related to systems and infrastructure technology (COMMS, Security, Operating Systems, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience performing QA functions in projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- HPQC/ALM/Octane or test management suites
- JIRA or similar defect management suites
- Icaria TDM
- Selenium, Apium or similar automation frameworks and release orchestration platforms such as Selenium Grid

We are looking for a Testing Ecosystem Architect to join the Testing Services Management department. A profile with a technical vision, analytical capacity, and structured thinking, who stands out for their communication and organization skills and their ability to coordinate multiple parallel initiatives within a complex and constantly evolving technological environment.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the implementation of new software versions. Planning and scheduling of releases, Risk management, Stakeholder communication management, Documentation management, and Quality management of new software versions and applications in the bank.
What you'll do
- Architectural function for the various applications and tools of the Testing ecosystem.
- Definition of the evolution roadmap and integrations between the various Testing tools and the tools they relate to (Jira for both Bug Tracking as well as Project Management and lifecycle)
- Management of the configuration and assets of the Testing ecosystem: Servers, Workstations, network drives, mailboxes, devices and laboratories, licenses, connection users, etc.
- Management of ecosystem obsolescence. Configuration of the evolution roadmap.
- Management of application vulnerabilities.
- Management of security alerts and maintenance of SafeGuard. Information Security.
- Capacity Planning of the different tools.
- Functional and Technical Lead for the applications and tools associated with specialized testing services (Icaria TDM; SeleniumGrid, Selenium, Apium, MobileCenter, Jenkins, JMeter; LoadRunnerCloud; automation and performance frameworks.
- Technical Lead for internal applications for maintaining functional maps, automated testing, and Webex tracking of test plan execution.
- Generation of technical documentation and user manuals for the applications for which they are responsible.
- Training and user support in the use of the tools. Creation of training packages and "Welcome Packs".
- Risk management and problem resolution regarding the Testing ecosystem tools.
- Liaison and task management with the provider in charge of the AM service.
