What are we looking for?

At Sogeviso, we are at a key moment of growth and technological modernization. Over the next two years, we face our main strategic milestone: the implementation and deployment of a new technological rental management platform (already conceptualized and partially under development) aimed at progressively replacing our current internal developments (Access).

We are looking for an IT Manager with initiative and management capacity to lead this great digital transformation project, while simultaneously guaranteeing maximum business continuity and service quality in our day-to-day operations.

Their mission will be to guarantee the operational continuity, stability, security, and evolution of the company's technological infrastructure, while leading the transition towards the new technological management ecosystem (proprietary developments and SaaS). The selected person will combine direct management of the area (budget, suppliers, and team) with a hands-on technical role, working directly on the proprietary developments (Access, VBA, SQL) currently in the process of being replaced, executing tasks themselves based on business needs.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

Digital transformation and project management:

  • Change leadership: act as a key interlocutor in the implementation of the new rental management platform, ensuring a smooth transition from current applications (Access) without impacting business operations.
  • Demand management: gather requirements from different business areas, prioritize developments, and manage the technological roadmap.
  • Project control: technical coordination of external software suppliers and partners, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget in deliveries.

Strategic, budgetary, and supplier management:

  • Supplier management: coordination of development collaborators and environment management (infrastructure), infrastructure/workplace support in Azure, telephony (networks, lines, and self-managed 900 service), and SaaS platform licenses (Signaturit, TeamViewer, Adobe, etc.).
  • Team management: direct leadership of the technical profile in charge (internal and/or external) and organization of internal demand (internal users and external collaborators).
  • Policy management: ensure that management policies and protocols are kept up to date.
  • Budgetary management of their area (IT), cost optimization, and administrative management and validation of invoices within their competence.

Workplace:

  • Provision and inventory: planning, purchasing, allocation, and maintenance of the complete inventory of workstations (PC, mobiles, peripherals, and licenses).

  • Access / VBA Environment: maintenance and evolution of internal applications in MS Access (forms, connections to external databases, and VBA logic).
  • ERP Management (Prinex): administration of users, roles, access, and basic parameterization in Prinex (SaaS), with interlocution / support with the developer if necessary.
  • Management of incidents or user requests related to production developments or the assessment and application of evolutions or improvement proposals.

New developments, projects, and production deployment:

  • Demand management: gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for internal or external developments.
  • Software lifecycle: coordination of external development teams, design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), and support in deployments and production rollout.
  • Web maintenance: content management (generated by the business) and technical coordination of corporate websites.

Infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity:

  • Cloud Environment and Systems: supervision alongside the provider of the Microsoft Azure environment (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, etc.), networks, domains, and micro-computing.
  • Security and Support: ensure cybersecurity policies, manage complex incidents, and ensure business continuity.

What do we value in your application?

Training and experience:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience: at least 3 years in IT management/coordination positions or data/systems management in an SME environment (currently around 20 employees, but with growth projections).
