We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager for the San Pedro de Alcántara office.

What you'll do

Your main mission will be to generate business opportunities from every interaction with the client, turning contact into value through the proactive management of inbound contacts, attending to and prioritizing requests of commercial interest (walk-in, scheduled appointments, digital leads referred to the office, call-him) from single-portfolio clients (retail, businesses, and non-integrated self-employed), in order to maximize conversion and ensure quality service, as well as driving cross-selling and the marketing of strategic products (contacting the specialist when necessary) such as insurance, mortgages, and savings solutions, and fostering client loyalty, client experience, and the use of digital channels to achieve the objectives of the Commercial Plan, recording all contacts made in the CRM to optimize the centralized generation of opportunities, always complying with current regulations and defined quality standards.

Your duties will be:

  • Attend to and prioritize business requests of commercial interest (walk-in, call-ins, digital leads referred to the office, call-him) from single-portfolio clients (retail, businesses, and non-integrated sole proprietors), in order to maximize conversion and ensure quality service.
  • Promote cross-selling in all interactions, analyzing to gain a proper understanding of the client to offer solutions that add value, fostering client loyalty and the contracting of complementary products and, when necessary, collaborating with the required specialist by passing on the client's need through contact or referral, ensuring comprehensive and personalized service that maximizes the value of each interaction, in accordance with current regulations and defined quality standards.
  • Identify the client's insurance needs as an essential part of the value proposition, presenting products and conditions clearly and with supporting arguments, and ensuring full formalization through the available channels, complying with regulations and quality standards.
  • Present mortgage conditions, carry out simulations, qualify the lead based on its maturity and likelihood of contracting, refer the opportunity to Direct Sales, and explain the next steps and parties involved to the client.
  • Register new clients, requesting and analyzing the relevant data to incorporate them into the system, taking advantage of this moment to gain a proper understanding of the client that allows identifying their current and future needs; present the associated offer (cards, insurance, POS for merchants), link payroll, and ensure the correct formalization of the products contracted.
  • Detect savings needs, present products and conditions, formalize operations and, when appropriate, refer to Personal or Private Banking, recording opportunities in the CRM.
  • Plan the activity and report the outcome and client interest in the CRM to ensure access to this information by the client themselves, the team of collaborators involved, and its subsequent use by business intelligence, facilitating the centralized generation of opportunities and ensuring the traceability of commercial activity.
  • Ensure client satisfaction as a means of fostering trust and loyalty. Offer personalized, quality service to vulnerable individuals, in accordance with defined standards.
  • Promote the use of digital tools and remote channels, encouraging the adoption of digital solutions and ensuring that clients are aware of the channels available to them to meet their transactional needs.
  • Respond to alerts or requests (DACIOS, overdrafts, complaints, etc.), carry out administrative tasks arising from commercial management, and propose improvements in daily operations to increase effectiveness.
