• Academic background: vocational training or university degree (not exclusive).

• Basic knowledge of insurance regulations and mediation is valued.

At SABSEG Group, we are looking for a Junior Insurance Consultant to join our team in Asturias, with the objective of supporting the integral management of clients and projects, actively participating in the design of insurance solutions adapted to the needs of each client.

An ideal role to learn, grow, and develop within an insurance broker with a national and international vision. 🏢✨

Integrally manage clients and projects of medium complexity, acting as an operational interlocutor and participating in the design of insurance solutions adapted to the specific needs of the client.

• Acquiring technical knowledge of insurance products and broker processes.

• Evolving towards autonomous portfolio management.

• Guaranteeing a high level of service and client satisfaction.

• Developing commercial and negotiation skills with insurers.

• Integrating into a dynamic and constantly growing environment.

• Support in the daily management of the assigned client portfolio.

• Collaboration in the preparation of insurance offers, quotes, and proposals.

• Interlocution with insurers to request conditions and follow up on operations.

• Support in renewals, modifications, and policy additions/cancellations.

• Support in the management and follow-up of claims.

• Maintenance and updating of contractual documentation and databases.

• Accompanying senior consultants in client meetings, with progressive autonomy.
