Treasury Technician

Junior profile with 1-2 years of experience to provide support in the comprehensive management of treasury and corporate finance, optimizing cash flows and the group's debt structure. Participates in financial planning and the execution of strategic operations linked to the real estate asset portfolio.

We are looking to hire a Treasury Technician who will integrate into the corporate finance department, actively participating in the management of the group's treasury and contributing to the control and optimization of the company's financial flows.

Reporting to the Finance Department, their main responsibilities will be:

• Daily management and monitoring of the group's treasury position.
• Preparation and updating of short, medium, and long-term treasury forecasts.
• Control and monitoring of collections and payments for the various companies within the group.
• Management of banking operations and relationship with financial entities.
• Monitoring and control of corporate finance, loans, credit lines, and other financing lines.
• Preparation of treasury reports and periodic reporting for the Finance Department.
• Supervision of bank movements and account reconciliations.
• Participation in liquidity management and optimization of financial resources.
• Collaboration in monthly closing processes by providing treasury and financial debt information.
• Support in financial audits and information requests from external auditors.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects and automation of financial processes.
• Collaboration in the implementation and optimization of financial tools and ERP systems.
• Coordination with the Accounting, Management Control, and Administration departments to ensure the reliability of financial information.

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Residency in Barcelona city.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing, accounting, or finance.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Experience working with financial ERPs.
• High level of English. C1.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Organized and methodical profile with the ability to manage priorities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to relate to different internal and external stakeholders.
