We are currently looking to incorporate a Procurement Technician for a project in Málaga, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

• Perform management and administration activities for Subcontracts on site.

• Evaluate contractor performance, ensure schedule compliance, manage contract changes, handle invoicing, and prevent claims.

• Prepare and maintain records, reports, or documents that may be necessary to comply with corporate requirements in Subcontract management.

• Maintain records of contractual communications, including the drafting of contractual communications with contractors.

• Organize and lead meetings with contractors.

• Management and negotiation of claims.

• Proactivity with contractors to ensure contract compliance, the generation of progress, schedules, daily status reports, invoices, and supporting documents in a timely manner.

• Perform contract closure, finalize pending contractual matters, issue final modifications and invoices, and coordinate the completion of contractor performance evaluations.
