The role

Join Saica Pack, a division of the Saica Group, where you will have the opportunity to develop corrugated cardboard packaging solutions.

Carton machine helper

What you'll do

Comply with the Quality, Safety, Environment and Food Control Policies.
Keep their work area clean and tidy.
Collaborate with the machine operator on machine adjustments and order preparation, and follow their instructions.
Participate in the established product quality checks and comply with the applicable regulations.
Collaborate in the established preventive maintenance tasks. Following the defined work instructions.
Supervise, during the process, the operation of the palletizer and/or the feeder.
Collaborate with the machine operator in identifying the finished product with labels.
Collaborate with the operator in removing the tools, supplies and materials used in manufacturing, placing them in their designated location.
Place, bring and remove the rotary dies, inks and clichés required for the order from the machine, storing them in their designated areas, as established in the order change routine.
Ensure, in coordination with the machine operator, that the machine has the necessary supplies for the upcoming orders and that, during operation, the levels of auxiliary materials—ink, glue and intermediate plate—are adequate.
Be responsible for the proper use of the equipment and tools under their charge.
Know the machine operation and procedures to the extent that allows optimal collaboration in the tasks.
Train the people assigned by management in the tasks of the workstation.
Collaborate with the immediate supervisor in all tasks deemed appropriate.
Respect the work procedures and standards defined in the work instructions.

• Residency near the Banyeres de Mariola area will be valued.
