Customer Analysis and Loyalty Specialist

Your mission will be to lead the definition, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives aimed at increasing the engagement, loyalty, and retention of Sanitas customers, contributing to the reduction of churn and the improvement of key retention and engagement indicators.

Drive the corporate churn reduction agenda, ensuring the coherence and evolution of engagement and loyalty KPIs, mobilizing resources, removing organizational barriers, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement oriented toward business impact.

💙 Independently design, prioritize, and drive initiatives and projects aimed at reducing the churn rate and strengthening customer engagement with Sanitas, with a focus on operational projects linked to technology and AI.

💙 Coordinate and perform integral monitoring of customer engagement initiatives (PMO), ensuring alignment between the involved areas.

💙 Objectify the churn rate reduction plan and monitor its compliance.

💙 Measure and evaluate the economic and operational impact of the implemented plans, identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions.

💙 Prepare executive reporting, including weekly and monthly churn forecasts, as well as the analysis of trends and associated risks to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

💙 Prepare reports and presentations for Senior Management, providing analysis, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.

💙 Define, evolve, and ensure the consistency of key customer KPIs, including loyalty, engagement, retention, and experience indicators through data analysis.

🎓 Education: Degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar. MBA.

🌱 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting, management control, or data analysis, as well as experience leading business transformation projects. Knowledge of SAS/SQL/Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

🌍 Languages: A good level of English will be valued, although it is not an essential requirement.

👉 Other skills and knowledge: Passion, teamwork, analytical capacity, proactivity, and effective communication. Strong analytical capacity for decision-making and expert command of data extraction, analysis, and modeling tools. Knowledge of SAS/SQL, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.

Ability for transversal influence without hierarchical dependency, a customer-centric vision, and a results orientation. Knowledge of the insurance sector will be very positively valued.
