Receptionist

- Document management: Classifying, filing, and organizing physical and digital documents (invoices, contracts, files, reports). 

- Public and customer service: Receiving visitors, handling telephone calls, responding to emails, and channeling inquiries to the corresponding area. 

- Drafting and preparation of documents: Preparing letters, reports, minutes, memorandums, and other administrative writings following established formats. 

- Use of office tools: Using programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal management systems to perform tasks. 

- Support in accounting tasks: Registering invoices, controlling petty cash, collaborating on bank reconciliations, and managing basic payments (depending on the area).

 - Agenda and meeting management: Coordinating appointments, meetings, room bookings, and following up on team or management commitments. - Office supply control: Requesting, organizing, and distributing supplies such as stationery, equipment, or furniture.
