📍 Position: Receptionist (Weekends) 🏨 Location: MiCampus Living Residences - SANTANDER

What you'll do

Welcome students and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the very first moment.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and common space reservations.
Handle inquiries, calls, and emails, always with a helpful and friendly attitude.
Resolve small day-to-day incidents, guaranteeing the comfort and safety of the residents.
Support administrative tasks and internal organization.

💡 Who are we looking for?

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (if in educational environments, even better!).
Medium-high level of English (other languages are valued; you never know who might arrive at the residence).
Communicative, proactive, and organized person who enjoys teamwork.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
