Banco Santander is looking for a Santander Private Banking Banker based in Madrid.

As a Banker, you will be responsible for the stewardship and management of a portfolio of Private Banking clients within your geographic area, providing personalized investment advisory that increases satisfaction and loyalty among existing clients while attracting new ones, in order to build long-term business relationships.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Personalized management of private banking clients, periodically reviewing their investment needs and preferences, based on a broad, ongoing, and professional knowledge of their wealth.

• Achieving the quantitative and qualitative targets communicated, with emphasis on client acquisition and retention.

• Maintaining a strong knowledge of the wealth management products and services offered by SPB.
