Semi Senior Quality Assurance Manager

• University degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in IT, or non-university education with a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or similar areas.

• Experience defining, applying, and monitoring quality standards in technological environments.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical capacity to transform findings into concrete improvements.

• English B2 or higher.

• ITIL.

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Management or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Experience in testing, defect management, and QA tools.

• Experience in international environments.

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

• Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)

• Or an internationally recognized equivalent certification.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance activities, continuous improvement, and compliance with standards within technological environments.

The position will have a key role in defining quality criteria, reviewing deliverables, evaluating processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Plan, execute, and manage quality reviews and evaluations.

• Define and maintain quality plans, criteria, and standards.

• Analyze, document, and report findings, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.

• Design and implement quality methodologies, policies, and processes.

• Train and support teams in quality best practices.

• Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
