Manual Cell Operator

• Assemble components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processes
• Inspect finished products to verify quality and ensure compliance with standards
• Work closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflows
• Keep your work area clean and organized while reporting any equipment issues immediately

• Customer orientation - intermediate level; ensuring that product quality meets the expectations of internal and external customers
• Results orientation - intermediate level; meeting production goals while maintaining quality standards
