The role
We are looking for a person to join the Finance area, providing support to financial reporting, auditing, and control activities, and collaborating on process improvement and automation projects.
Guarantee the reliability, regulatory compliance, and quality of the company's financial reporting, coordinating the relationship with external auditors and providing support for obligations as a public interest entity. Likewise, ensure the correct consolidation and analysis of financial information through the preparation and validation of reports, as well as the continuous improvement of the area's dashboards and processes.
What you'll do
- Relationship with the external auditor: management of the engagement letter, monitoring of fees, and control of permitted additional services, including support for the audit tender process
- Obligations as a public interest entity: support to the Audit Committee (independence report, related party transactions, supervision of financial information) and periodic regulatory reporting
- Reporting of additional positions (R400): preparation, validation, and submission of the complementary balance sheet information required by the group
- Reporting of units (R300): collection and review of data from brand companies for integration into the consolidation
- Monthly balance sheet and results reporting: preparation and distribution of the area's monthly report
- Maintenance of dashboards: updating and improving Power BI balance sheet and results reports, with support in automation projects
- Cross-functional collaboration in the team's closing tasks
