This is a job within customer service; you will not be doing sales in this position. We are looking for those who have the possibility to start in February, March, and April.
As part of our customer service team, you will be the voice that provides security to our Norwegian customers. You will answer inquiries regarding alarm systems, invoices, and subscriptions, primarily over the phone. Every day offers new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.
Customer handling via telephone (and eventually via chat and email)
Guidance and problem-solving related to the customer's alarm system and various technical questions
Contributing to high quality at every stage, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency
Working hours:
Monday-Friday

Chat/email: 08:00-18:00
8-hour workdays
