Sector Alarm is a leading European provider of security alarm systems and smart home security solutions. The company designs, installs, and monitors intruder alarms, fire alarms, and video surveillance for residential and small business customers. Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Sector Alarm operates across multiple European countries and is part of the larger security group, employing thousands of people across the continent.
In Spain, Sector Alarm has a significant presence with offices and commercial operations in several cities, including Madrid, Barcelona, and Palma. The company is actively expanding its Spanish operations, offering roles in sales, customer service, and technical support. For international professionals, Sector Alarm provides opportunities in a growing industry with a strong focus on customer service and sales, and the company's use of Greenhouse for recruitment indicates a structured and modern hiring process.
At Sector Alarm, we put people at the center of everything we do. And that always starts with those who are part of our own company. We are an international company with more than 30 years of experience, a security leader in Europe, in constant growth and with a solid foundation built on stability, trust, and teamwork.
It is no coincidence that we have been recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine consecutive years, nor that we are service leaders in Spain. We believe in a way of working that is close, human, and collaborative, where every person counts and where professional development goes hand in hand with well-being and support.
Sector Alarm will prioritize the hiring of people with a certified degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.
Joining Sector Alarm means accessing a stable project, with training from day one, continuous support, and real opportunities for growth. Here you do not walk alone: we accompany you, we listen to you, and we bet on your long-term evolution, because we know that when people grow, the company grows with them.
Being part of Sector Alarm means living a professional experience based on respect, closeness and commitment. A culture where we take care of those who care, and where every day we work with a clear purpose: to protect what matters most, starting with our own team.
